“Most flavourful burger I have ever had and only 290 calories each :)”
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 cup of feta
1 1/2 cups of frozen spinach,be sure to defrost all the way,and remove all excess moisture. I usually squeeze it in a hand towel.
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion powder to taste
1/4 cup of egg whites
2 tsp of roasted red pepper seasoning
- Mix all ingredients together In a bowl. Do not over mix,or your feta will probably crumble into pieces which are way to small.
- BBQ until well done. (you never want an under done turkey burger)
I served mine with caramelized onions and balsamic dressing.
